When new towns are planned, it is important to build more public parks or sports facilities than shopping centers, so people can places to spend their free time. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

The design of new towns shapes not only where people live and shop, but also how they spend leisure time, maintain health and build social relationships. I largely agree that public parks and sports facilities should be prioritised over shopping centres, provided that planners still allow enough retail space for everyday convenience.
