As populations age and retirement becomes more flexible, many companies now employ a growing number of older workers. This development is sometimes viewed as a burden because of concerns about adaptability, health, or promotion opportunities for younger staff. However, I believe that the advantages for companies are greater than the disadvantages, especially when firms manage intergenerational cooperation effectively.
