The leaders or directors of organizations are often older people. But some people say that young people can also be a leader. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Leadership has traditionally been associated with age, experience, and seniority. In many organizations, the assumption is that older people are better suited to senior positions because they have accumulated professional knowledge and emotional maturity over time. While experience remains highly valuable, I strongly agree that young people can also become effective leaders, especially when organizations operate in fast-changing environments that reward innovation, adaptability, and fresh thinking.
