Some people think that it is more important to plant more trees in open area in towns and cities than build more housing. To what extend do agree or disagree?

Urban authorities often face a difficult choice between creating green public spaces and providing enough housing for growing populations. I agree that planting trees in towns and cities is extremely important, but it should not automatically take priority over housing where people lack safe and affordable places to live.
