Some people think that it is more important to plant more trees in open areas in towns and cities than provides more housing. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Cities must balance the need for housing with the need for green space, especially as urban populations grow and land becomes more expensive. I agree that planting more trees in open urban areas is highly important, but I do not think it should automatically take priority over housing in every case because both needs must be planned together.
