Some people think people have benefited from modern communication technology, while others think some people have not benefited at all. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Modern communication technology has transformed work, education, family life, and political participation, but its benefits are distributed unevenly. I agree that many people have benefited, while also recognising that some groups have gained little because of poverty, age, disability, or weak infrastructure.
