Some people think it is a good thing for senior managers to have much higher salaries than other workers in a company. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Income inequality within companies has become a visible symbol of broader economic division. In many large organizations, senior managers earn salaries many times higher than those of ordinary workers, leading some to argue that such pay gaps are necessary, while others see them as unfair and damaging. I believe that senior managers can justifiably receive higher salaries, but the difference should be proportionate and linked to genuine responsibility rather than corporate status alone.
