Some people believe that employers should not be concerned about the way their employees dress, but the quality of their work. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Modern workplaces increasingly judge employees by measurable output, yet appearance still shapes trust, authority and professional identity. I largely agree that work quality should matter more than clothing, although employers may reasonably set limited dress expectations where safety, hygiene or client confidence is involved.
