Some people believe that air travel should be restricted as it causes serious pollution and will use up the world's fuel resources. Do you agree or disagree?

Air travel has made business, study, tourism and family life more international, but it also creates a climate dilemma because aviation remains difficult to decarbonise at scale. I agree that air travel should be restricted selectively, especially unnecessary high-emission journeys, but essential travel and remote communities should not be punished by a crude blanket ban.
