Some countries have an ever-increasing proportion of population who are aged 15 and younger. What is your opinion of the current and future effects it may have in those countries?

A youthful population can appear to be a demographic advantage, but it also places immediate pressure on families, schools and public services. In my view, countries with a growing proportion of people aged fifteen or younger may benefit in the long term if they invest heavily in education and health, but they risk unemployment, instability and poverty if they fail to prepare this generation for adulthood.
