Parents should encourage children to spend less time in studying and more time doing physical activities. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Children today often face heavy academic pressure at the same time as sedentary lifestyles and screen-based entertainment reduce their physical activity. I partly agree that parents should encourage more exercise, but this should not mean devaluing study; the goal is a healthier balance between intellectual development and physical wellbeing.
