Many customs and traditional ways of behavior are no longer relevant to the modern life and not worth keeping. Agree or disagree?

Modern life has altered family structures, work patterns, gender roles, technology, and social values, causing many customs to appear less relevant than before. I disagree with the view that traditional customs are generally not worth keeping, although societies should be willing to reform or abandon traditions that cause harm or exclude people unfairly.
