Living in big cities is bad for people's health. To what extent do you agree or disagree.

Large cities concentrate jobs, services, traffic, pollution, and social stress in ways that can either support or damage human health. I partly agree that city living can harm health, but the outcome depends heavily on urban design, income, and access to green and medical infrastructure.
