Large companies should pay higher salaries to CEOs and Executives compared with other workers. To what extent do you agree or disagree

The large gap between executive pay and ordinary workers’ wages has become one of the most controversial features of modern capitalism. Supporters argue that chief executives deserve exceptionally high salaries because they carry enormous responsibility and shape the future of major companies. I accept that senior leaders should be well paid, but I do not believe the extreme salary differences seen in many large corporations are fully justified.
