It is a good thing for people in senior management positions to get a higher salary than other workers in the same company. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Large salary gaps within companies often provoke debate about fairness, motivation, and the value of leadership. I partly agree that senior managers should earn more than other workers, but the difference must be proportionate, transparent, and linked to genuine responsibility rather than status alone.
