It is a good idea for people to continue working in their old age, if it is possible for them to do so. Do you agree or disagree?

The idea of retirement has changed significantly as people live longer, remain healthier, and often seek purpose beyond leisure. In many countries, older people are encouraged to continue working if they are physically and mentally able to do so. I broadly agree with this idea, provided that continued employment is a genuine choice rather than an economic necessity imposed on vulnerable elderly people.
