Yet behind almost every elite athlete lies years of disciplined training, technical correction, and strategic guidance. Some people believe a good coach is essential for sporting success, while others argue that natural ability matters more. In my view, talent provides the raw material, but coaching is usually what turns potential into sustained achievement.
