In many countries nowadays, more and more women have full-time jobs as men. There is a logic that men and women should share the housework tasks equally. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

As women participate in full-time employment on a scale similar to men, traditional assumptions about domestic labour have become increasingly unfair. I strongly agree that men and women should share housework equally, although equal sharing should be understood flexibly according to working hours, family needs and individual circumstances.
