In many countries, children are becoming overweight and unhealthy. Some people think that it is the government's responsibility. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Childhood obesity has become a public health problem because children's diets, exercise habits and screen routines are shaped by family choices, school environments, advertising and urban design. I partly agree that governments have a major responsibility, but they cannot solve the problem alone because parents, schools and food companies also influence children's health.
