An increasing number of people are changing careers during their working life. What do you think are the reasons for this? Do you think this is a positive or negative development for society?

For much of the twentieth century, a stable career was often regarded as a sign of maturity and success. Today, however, this linear model of working life is becoming less common, as a growing number of people now change careers, sometimes several times, in response to economic uncertainty, technological change, and shifting personal priorities. I believe this development is largely positive, although it also creates certain risks for individuals and society.
